At StoreforSmiles, all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping
Processing Time
Since every product is custom-made just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a partial refund or arrange a reshipment at your expense.
Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order Policy
Because all products are uniquely made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind
- Minor size deviations of less than 1 inch from the size guide
- Low-quality prints resulting from a low-resolution design file provided by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a free reprint or a refund depending on the situation. For issues affecting multiple items, please provide a photo or video showing all affected products together.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within the following timeframes after the estimated delivery date:
- Domestic orders: Within 7 calendar days
- International orders: Within 15 calendar days
We will investigate and, if eligible, arrange a free reprint or refund.
